Philosophy

My focus is on the creation of high-quality, well-written editorial content that is delivered in a timely manner.  The materials that I provide are clear and scientifically accurate and are produced with the Good Publication Practice guidelines in mind.  Particular emphasis is placed on attention to detail; suffice to say, I know the difference between a hyphen, an em—dash and an en–dash!

I am proficient at revising existing content (e.g. undertaking technical and native English edits).  I also have a thorough understanding of the editing process and am able to improve the formatting, style and accuracy of copy in manuscripts and slide decks. In addition, I am adept at generating figures and tables and am confident using various graphing software, including GraphPad Prism and the Microsoft suite (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel).
